The Lord is faithful

Know therefore that the LORD your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments. Deuteronomy 7: 9

 O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.

He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.  He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations. Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac; And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant: (KJV) Psalm  105: 6-10.

As we enter each day, the Lord is going to lead us through in mercy backed by covenant. His covenant and mercy are inseparable. He covenanted with the patriarchs not because of any sacrifice but in mercy. The Word of God says, "Noah found grace in the sight of God..." That is why he was not destroyed in the flood.

Abraham was favoued among the family members. God called him out of his kindred blessed with an everlasting covenant. Till today Abraham remains a blessing to mankind.

The Lord is faithful to those in covenant relationship with him. He is not like us humans. We make our promises and we cannot always stand behind them. God is not like us at all! What He says He will do, He will do, because He cannot lie. “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? ” Numbers 23:19. He remembers his covenants forever. That promise concerning your health or wealth shall come to pass in Jesus name. Did you have a good dream? God is faithful; he will bring it to pass in Jesus name.

You are a seed of Abraham, not by birth or politics but by the mercy of God. Apostle Paul says, "And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting  me into the ministry; Who was before a  blasphemer, and a persecutor, and  injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I  did it ignorantly in unbelief.   And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus." 1Timothy 1: 12-14 The same favour shall fall on you and grant you deliverance from the power of Satan, sin and demons in Jesus name.

In 2Thesalonians 3: 1-3, it is obvious that God can be trusted in terms of his promises and covenant.  “ God is faithful ,”  Paul reminds the people in Thessalonica that God “ will stablish you and keep you from evil .”The word “ stablish ” has the idea of “ making stable, placing firmly, setting fast.” It means that God will “ strengthen them and cause them to become constant in their lives and confirmed in their mind.” everything needed to be stable in life shall be given to the people of God. It shall be given to you.

You must trust him for your miracle and do those terms of the covenant. Offer him a unique offering as Noah, Abraham, David and Jesus did. You shall be richly blessed in Jesus name.

 The blood of Jesus Christ is a token of covenant of peace, life and prosperity. You are secured by the blood of Jesus. No evil will come near you in Jesus name.

JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR ALL Romans 5: 7, 8

Every effort of man is toward measuring up to God’s standard. Unfortunately such effort runs short of the glory of God. The word of God says, “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” Romans 3: 23. Whoever you may be and whatever type of religious group you may belong to, it is only in Jesus Christ that you can escape from the grip of death. He died for all mankind. Those in Asia, America, Europe, Africa, the small or the great, the rich or the poor, woman or man, sinners or the righteous, Christians or non- Christian.  

Jesus was born amidst many religions. He did not come to a vacuum world. He met religious leaders who turned the worship centers to a place to seek self-interest. Those are places to extort money and misleading people who are desperate for solutions. Not only that they were bragging of traditions of the fathers. They depended on the patriarch’s righteousness taken God for granted. Apostle Paul wrote about them in Romans 10: 1-4, “Brothers and sisters, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved. 2 For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge.3 Since they did not know the righteousness of God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness. 4 Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.” Religion has failed to deliver from consequences of sin. 

All religions are the same; the difference between Christianity and other religions is Jesus Christ who came in our image to carry all our sins and died for us all. This is sacrificial love, unconditional love, redemptive love that no one must miss. No matter how bad is your life Christ died for you. He died for harlots, drunkards, herbalists, pastors, evangelists, prophets alhajis alhajas cultists, area boys and area girls. “Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5: 7, 8. 

There is danger in rejecting this offer. The penalty is death. There are three kinds of death mentioned in the Bible as a result of sin. Turn your Bible to 1Samuel 14: 14, “Like water spilled on the ground, which cannot be recovered, so we must die. But that is not what God desires; rather, he devises ways so that a banished person does not remain banished from him.” Read also, Hebrews 9: 27. This is a general death meant for the physical body. Every human being will experience this kind of death no matter how spiritual, young or old. It could come to anyone. May the Lord bless us with long life in Jesus name. 

Second category of death is found in Revelation 21: 12- 14, “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.” This death is reserved for those who refused to accept Jesus as their Lord and Saviour. Those who remain in their sins till general death takes their life will partake in this category of death. This is a horrible place for anyone to be. In order not to be there God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for you.

The third type of death is found in 1Timothy 5: 6. “But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.” Those who could not control their desires but go all the way to satisfy carnal appetite are partakers in this death. Such person may be going around drinking, loathing public funds, committing immorality, going to clubs and pursuing worldly materials. All of these in this category are walking dead. The Bible declares in 1 John 2: 15- 17, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof:  but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.”

There is hope for you. God loves the whole world that He will not want anyone to perish. “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3: 9. This is a great opportunity for us to return to our Creator. When He first created us, He did so in His own image. However, we messed up with that image though rebellion against the will of God. He provided a way out by coming in our own image. He bore all our sins and unrighteousness. He was nailed to the cross on Friday but on Sunday morning He rose again. He died for all and rose again for all. He is alive for all that all may be saved. 

All we need to do is to turn to him and accept him as our Lord and Saviour. As we do this we will never remain the same in Jesus name.

Pray Your Way to Glory

You have a glory to manifest. It is the will of God that every one that comes to this world makes a mark and manifest uncommon glory. Your glory is never the same as the glory of your ancestors because you are not of the same generation. You don’t need to fight for inheritance before you succeed in life because you have a glory to manifest that is brighter and superior to the past glory. The Bible says, "There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory" 1 Corinthians 15:41. The power that is preventing your glory shall die in Jesus name. Every plan of the wicked to bury your glory shall fail in Jesus name. 

Do not accept defeat. Whatever you encountered in the previous years is not to determine or dictate what you are to go through this year. Are you a married woman please pray, that affliction over your first born child shall not rise on the second in Jesus name. Don't assume this year is going to be the same with the previous year in your business. If you failed last time, you will not fail this time in Jesus name. The Word of God says, "What do ye imagine against the Lord? He will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time." Nah. 1:9. You must defeat your defeat. 

Our Lord was facing the cross and knowing the humiliations and devastation associated with such cruel death, He went into prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane. Travailing in prayer, we are to go into prayer in time like this.  We are told that the drops of his sweat were like drops of blood. Even on the cross, He prayed His way through to glory. No affliction is bigger than our God. He is able to identify with us and liberate us inside rivers and fire till we get to the desired glory. Apostle Paul wrote, "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." Romans 8:18. You will reach your glorious mark in Jesus name

We should not be ignorant of the devices of the devil. He is always in the business of frustrating the glorious plan of God for man. However, in every attempt he makes, God has always been a step ahead to frustrate and defeat him in order that we may attain the glory laid down for us. In the Book of Genesis 1, we read about darkness covering the earth thereby causing chaos and confusion but God declared his work null and void. "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light." Gen. 1:2, 3. The Lord shall banish the darkness from your life and home in Jesus name. 

Let us pray together the following prayer points: 

1. The evil transaction assigned me by the wicked catch fire in Jesus name.

2. The garment of troubles inherited from my ancestors catch fire in Jesus name

3. Oh Lord my Creator, you are immutable, turn my battle to yours in Jesus name

4. O Lord my Creator, arise for my rescue from terminal failure in Jesus name

5. My destiny, hear the Word of God come out from the enemies dungeon in Jesus name

6. My destiny, arise and come out of the valley of death in Jesus name

7. My glory arise and outshine my mates' in Jesus name

8. The hands of the wicked manipulating my destiny dry in Jesus name

9. The hands of the darkness troubling my marriage wither in Jesus name

10. You wicked counsel over my exalted office scatter in Jesus name

11. Father! Arise and make a way for me in my wilderness in Jesus name

12. Father of mercy! Connect me to my destiny helpers today in Jesus name
