Experiencing God Transforming Life

When you experience the presence of God there is going to be transformation of life...So if your life had not experienced the presence of God, you may not enjoy transformation of life spiritually, physically, socially, even academically there is going to be transformation, your mentality will change, you will have a divine wisdom, you will be able to do some things extra ordinarily...You shall be abundantly satisfied, you shall be bountifully blessed, you shall be charming and comforted and you shall not cry in the name of Jesus. You shall be delivered and dwell in places in the name of Jesus, you shall be enthroned and rule over your enemy in the name of Jesus. You shall be favoured, you shall be free, you shall be free from affliction from poverty in the name of Jesus, you shall grow and glow in his glory, you shall harvest even where you have not sow in Jesus Christ.

ONLY THE HUMBLE GIVES THANKS

Thanksgiving is expressing heart of gratitude to God or men or both for benefits enjoyed. The Psalmist says Blessed be God who daily loaded us with benefits. When you reflect on the past, and taking the reminiscence you will discover some things that happened either good or bad. The question is do you care to acknowledge the grace of God in your life? As we celebrate, let’s remember that appreciation or thanksgiving is given by them that are humble. It is the foolish that are arrogant in their thinking assuming that all they enjoyed and acquired were based on their personal efforts. The Prevailing Power in Time Despair

The issue of spiritual power causes a lot of confusion in our day. Jesus promised, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth,” in Acts 1:8. In Mark 16:17-18, he promised that his followers would have the same powers exhibited by the seventy.

 “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

Just as the apostles were disappointed by their inability to cast out the demon in the boy in the previous chapter, many of us become disappointed by our inability to exercise such power.

If we wait upon the Lord, He will renew our strength. We can spread our wings and soar high as eagles do. Though at times we can feel weary and faint, God strengthens us with His power, and He renews us. We don’t have to let our circumstances overwhelm us and keep us down unable to see beyond it. If we look up to God, committing our ways to Him and giving over our cares, we can rise up and soar above our circumstances. We then will be able to run and not be weary, and to walk and not faint or become tired. If you are feeling exhausted and weary, and in need of an energy boost, give it over to God and continue to give it over. Allow Him to strengthen you so you can soar above it. If you rise up and soar as eagles do, your circumstances won’t overwhelm you.

Be Determined

There is an element of pride in every man born of woman. When it is subjected to the use of his Creator it becomes a courage to chat special course for others. Hence, you become a genius if that courage is trained with the right tools and trainers. Never allow your spirit to be subdued by the challenges of the training. They are all together your trainers. Be focused and determined, you will surely become who God desires for you to be.

Low Self-Esteem:  There is no way you can be free from depression if you always see   yourself as a worthless being.  There is nothing that God does without a purpose.   He has created you with glory and honour. Psalm 8:5. You are created to radiate God's glory in every facet of life. All you need is to be sure you belong to the family of God through Jesus Christ.

YOUR UNSTOPPABLE HONOUR

“From them will come songs of thanksgiving and the sound of rejoicing. I will add to their numbers, and they will not be decreased; I will bring them honor, and they will not be disdained.” Jeremiah 30: 19.

One of the benefits of life is honour. Any life without it faces ridicule, pain and despondency. when honour comes, songs of thanksgiving follow.

Number one thing that can bring you honour is the favour of God. Heb. 5: 4 says, “And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.”  Moses, Joseph, David Solomon, Peter, James, Matthew etc. FAVOUR   means generally good will, acceptance, and the benefits flowing from these. "Have pity on" (Ps 109:12), "good will" (Prov 14:9), "peace" (Song 8:10); the English Revised Version "grace" (Ruth 2:13), the American Standard Revised Version "kindness" (Est 2:17; Dan 1:9), etc. In the   "the acceptable year of the Lord" (Isa 61:2) is changed into "the year of Yahweh's favor"

Every reason for the withdrawal of God’s favour from my life is cancelled in Jesus name.

All pending and existing judgments of the darkness over my life is annulled in Jesus name

Every mark of humiliation on my life and family is destroyed in Jesus name.

Second thing that will bring honour to your life is your gift. Whatever you possess spiritually, materially and socially is supposed to bring honour to your life.  “And the daughter of Tyre shall be there with a gift; even the rich among the people shall intreat thy favour.” Pro 45: 12, also in Eccl. 5: 19 the Word of God says,  “Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God”

The hand of ridicule over my gifts be destroyed in Jesus name

O Lord, raise me up for greatness in this generation and generations to come in Jesus name.

Where others are failing Father, move me forward in Jesus name.

Let my celebrations begin now in the name of Jesus Christ.

I. The choice to succeed or prosper in life is in the hands of individual. You can choose to prosper and you can choose not to prosper. Prosperity can not be imposed on anyone by another but can be chosen. The Lord says, "Behold, I lay before you blessings and curses, prosperity and poverty, choose whichever you want."

There are Biblical principles to follow as you make your choice to prosper in life. Before I share these principles take these.
 Giving is a form of sacrifice which is an exchange of values. Therefore, whenever you give, you only exchange values. Once you give to God either through tithe, the poor or men of God you are exchanging values with God. You offer what you think is best and he gives better things.

II. THE WAYS TO PROSPER
1. Pay your Tithe
2. Give to others
3. Get Wisdom
Pay your Tithe: a way to honour God is giving 1/10 of whatever you possess. It is a voluntary responsibility to participate or contribute to kingdom growth. A church with tithe defaulters is a den of the poor. They are always in lacks and disappointment. Prov 3:9-10; Mal. 3:10-11.
Give to your God's servants and the poor. Paul was responding to the way brethren in Philippi gave to him in 4:19:15. NASB. The Lord’s Principle is give and you shall be given. Luke 6:38. Don’t give anyhow. Give cheerfully. 2Cor. 9:6, Prov. 11:24,25, 2Cor. 8:15.
You need wisdom to prosper. Prov3:13-16; 14:24. Wisdom is the principal thing. You have to be creative and know what to offer to your society in a way different from every other person.

Nigeria Needs Deliverance from Demon Crazy

The poverty level in the country is getting worse every day. Unemployment of graduates is on the increase with manipulations of those so called political staff. Our nation Nigeria needs deliverance from demon crazy leaders both in religious and political spheres. There are so called religious leaders who might have lost the original focus to their belly. They are cap in hand before politicians for fund raising to build world class structures for worship. Politicians go for rituals and thugs in order to get to office. The present shaking in the high places will continue as the Lord lives until there is a cleansing of the ruling bodies while the rights of the masses restored. Then the dignity of our nation will be restored and the religious houses become refuge for captives and strongholds for the righteous.

Living by the Spirit

Living by the Spirit is depending moment by moment on the power of the Spirit to overcome our own inadequacy. Christians need to realize that within them is the omnipotence of God and that there is no problem that God cannot solve. Accordingly, the life of victory is a life of faith as we live day by day, relying on the Holy Spirit to give us power to serve the Lord effectively.

Breaking Demonic Legal Rights

                                                                        

 

Demonic legal rights are strongholds that allow and sustain the operations of Satan and his demons in the life of any person. They begin as footholds before graduating into strongholds. It starts when the enemy tempts us to think the wrong thing, once we accept it; it opens the door for the enemy to move in further. Eventually it generates several results that are more painful and most time persistent. Therefore, you need to break the satanic legal rights in order to soar with wings as eagles...

 One basic fact about you is that you are the only one that can use every moment of your life.
You came on your own and will leave alone.
Make the best use of your life by becoming your best self.

Who do you want to be? 

Coming to the knowledge of who you want to be will bring about the realization of your destiny.

Who really are you now?   Proper assessment of yourself will give you a clear insight to the divine purpose for your life. 

Failure to define who you are could lead to over estimate or underestimate of yourself . How do you want to achieve your best self? How you want to get to the top should frequently run through your mind

Beware of Shrinking

Matthew 14: 22-32
The Lord ministered to my heart this morning that your expectations for this month shall be fulfilled in Jesus name. The works of the ministry may be demanding and most time we sacrificed our freedom, convenience for people that will never appreciate it but the Lord is saying your expectation shall not be cut off. I have few things that will help us fulfill our expectations for this month and always:
1. Stay balanced. Amidst myriads of pressure on us as ministers, we need to stay balanced. There could be raging storm in our trip to the other side of the sea, yet Jesus is ever present and willing to identify with us. He will see us through in Jesus name.
2. Speak Up:  Desires dictate our priorities, priorities shape our choices, and choices determine our actions.   Dallin H Oaks quotes  pastors need to speak up against evils in the church and our society. That was what saved Noah and his family from the perils of the flood. Though no other person than the family responded to his message yet he was favoured when the destruction of the wicked came. Sir we must not join them if we cant beat them. That saying is not for minister of God.
As you do so the Lord shall command peace into your storm in Jesus name Amen. He will surely lead you to the fulfillment of your desires in Jesus name. stay connected and never shrink.

What to Offer God

Hebrews 13: 15

"By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name."

What present can you give to God? After all He created everything in heaven and on earth. He gave us all things free of charge. Courtesy demands that we appreciate anyone who gave us one thing or the other...
Praise is the fruit of your lips. James says, with our lips we praise God therefore we should not use it to condemn one another. Praise to God is probably the most important thing that will ever pass through your lips. God deserves your praise. God desires your praise. Give Him your praise! 

Wisdom for Living

 Know what are the graces deposited in you by God and present them to the world in order to win them over to God. Your beauty, skills, gifts, businesses and other values in you are great things for you to serve the Lord with. You don’t need to dress indecently to attract opposite sex. There are boys and girls that still appreciate moral values. Do not build your life around artificial lifestyles watched over the televisions. It is not all that glitters that is gold. It is not all what we see on pages of printed papers or on the popular communication platforms are right for you. Always put the kingdom of God and His righteousness first.

The One and Only Sacrifice

Human efforts to reconcile to his Creator always end up in frustration, disaster and hopelessness: these education, philosophy, good moral, alms giving and religious piety. The age long plague of our spirit soul and body  which is sin defies all those efforts. It is the cruel tool in the hand of Satan for human doom.

However, God in His inexhaustible love sent Jesus Christ His only begotten Son about 2000 years ago. He was arrested and nailed to the cross. He was buried on Friday but on the third day, He arose victoriously to earn our deliverance from Satan, sin and the penalty. Through this perfect one and only sacrifice we can obtain mercy, pardon and eternal life in God; praise God! We have reason to celebrate Easter. Happy celebrations.

The Road To Glory

The road to success is always under construction. It takes commitment, patience hard work and prayer to accomplish the desired goal. It could be rough or rugged, steadily and surely you will get to the glorious point.

Jesus endured the pain, humiliation and death on the cross of Calvary, but on the third day HE ROSE! You will rise and remain great if you make Him the only link between you and the success. He is the Sustain-er of all that trust in Him. Remain blessed as you celebrate Palm Sunday and Easter in Jesus name.

The Declaration of Liberation
The Lord declares the liberation of His people from the grip of the wicked king saying:  “I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering.  So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians..."   Exodus 3: 7-8. God is present there to rescue them. The Lord knows what you are going through and right in that situation He is saying I have come to rescue you. 
God can be trusted for his word. He is immutable and will not disappoint. 
I pray that you be free from the hand of your oppressors in Jesus name.

Great Desire

The Lord said “I am concerned about their suffering.” The word concern means a feeling of compassion, sympathy, or regard for somebody or something. In other word God desires that a better life is a necessity. He is concerned about sinners in the hand of the devil, enslaved and afflicted. The king of Egypt –Pharaoh is devil incarnate. He knows the glorious future of the people of God, that was why he would not allow them to go. God said I am concerned about the suffering of my people.

When Jesus was going out of Jericho, He saw a blind man called Bathimeus, the blind man cried unto Him and He waited to attend to him. He will attend to you because He is already waiting for your cry to Him.

Going through the passage, I discovered three things and we will deal with them in this message. They all point to the fact that God is merciful. Lord said, "I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. The children of Israel had been in slavery for over four hundred years. It was like they were forgotten by God who revealed Himself to Abraham their father and promised him that he Abraham will be a blessing to all other nations. They were wallowing in abject poverty, subjected to afflictions ridicule, in the hand of godless people. What a paradox! However God himself is now saying I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt.

PRAYER:-The Lord has just seen your misery in the land of pain and tears today. He will intervene in Jesus name.

PRUDENCE

A prudent person will consider best option between present pleasures and future pleasures. You need to protect your interests as a prudent Christian in whatever you do or say. Manage your resources wisely godly and be accountable for your responsibilities. As a Christian, God has given you your talent, skills, senses and you have acquired knowledge through learning. All these are god-given assets. You need prudence to exploit them and prosper with them. 

PLANNING

3. Planning: subsequently to knowing why you exist why you want to do what you intend to do is planning. Planning gives value to your pursuits. It gives value to your time and resources.
He, who fails to plan, plans to fail. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Those who fail to plan can never be sufficient of anything. They run out of time money ideas and everything. Jesus once asked “who will want to build without counting then cost? Who will go to war without planning? You put together in systematic way (logical and strategic) way your purpose and intention. You may not know everything about what you intend to do hence you need counsels, divine guidance professional counsel and experienced hand to support. During Planning, prioritize your actions. Do first thing first in order of importance. Matthew 6:33
You may know how to pray and preach, teach Prophecy and also all sorts of religious activities, if you fail to plan, you are just becoming another prodigal child. The prodigal son asked for a portion of his father’s property -that is a prayerful child. The prayer was answered and he left the father and their vicinity to strange land. Brother or sister, what were you asking from God, Is it spiritual gifts or material blessing? You need to cultivate the habits of planning in order to excel.
Planning reduces risks and the impacts.
 Write down your PURSPOSE
 Write down your PROGRAMME
 Write down the PROCESSES
Your purpose must be precise and clear. Habbkuk 3:1-3. The programme is the list of what you want to do one after the other. The process is what you will be doing and the way to do them. A process according to the Advanced Learners Dictionary is a series of actions that you take in order to achieve a result. The prodigal son did not plan with the opportunities he had. He spent all he had in strange land. He became poor not for lack of resources, time or answered prayer. He had all what he needed to succeed in life except planning.

Purpose: Know what you intend to do why you want to do it. Jesus knew what he came to do Luke 4:18-19, Samson came to fulfill a purpose in life. Every one of us has a purpose in life -why do you exist why do you engage in that business? Why do you want to go for the course you enrolled for in the school? Many people suffer not because of witches or wizard but they failed to identify why they are doing what they are doing. Some are suffering because of wrong purpose. James 4:1-3; Eccl 3:1-5. God says I know my purpose Jer. 29:11.Sometimes people call it destiny. If you don’t know the purpose of where you are, you cannot perform

Overcoming the Perils of Darkness

 The first danger of darkness is seen in Genesis 1:1, 2

 “In the beginning God created the Heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.”

The earth became chaotic not because God created it as such. However, darkness came as the handiwork of the defeated Lucifer who was bent on destroying the creation. He surrounded the world with smog of disaster and blink future.  The earth was not at its best form that God created it to be. The glory deposited in the world could not manifest as the darkness was raging- proving to be in control. Things began to take proper shape when God said, let there be light and there was light.

The world system is highly deformed. It is crisis ridden because the power of darkness is still at work just the way it covered the surface of the deep in the beginning. No wonder the Bible says:

 “See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. Wherever darkness covers there is bound to be social, political natural and spiritual upheavals. Our country is in economic woes because corruption which is part of the works of darkness. Isaiah 60: 2-3

Many lives are disorganized as a result of the works of darkness. There is no clear vision of what the future holds due to the prevailing works of darkness around the globe. If your situation is likened to the above description, you need divine intervention for your destiny recovery and fulfillment.  I declare that your ways be brightened in Jesus name. Amen. 

The divine authority conferred in the man permits him to dictate the quality of his environment. He can make or mar the creation except by divine interruption. God deposited himself in the man and overlaid it with his glory. As a result we can relate to God who is spirit being and at the same time function as physical being relating to other creatures. You are so special to God and you cant afford to loose this prestigious status. You can achieve your precious desires without unleashing terror on others or using dubious means. Allow God to move you to the next level as you obey His word daily. You can get daily memory verse on the right margin of this blog. Remain blessed in Jesus name.

Our God is Sovereign. 

God holds the power to execute his will. This is something no man can do. The will and desires of man can fail but the desires of God and His will concerning you cannot change. The will of God could be seen in the creation. He created all things out of his volition. No one counseled him to begin the creation and no one constitute a committee to form his agenda. He commanded and it came to pass. No laboratory analysis or calculation for his creature. The word of God says “In the beginning God…” He alone created all that are visible and invisible. Have you discovered any will of God in His Word? Never doubt it, He will fulfil it in your life if you trust Him. Your situation may seem naughty and defile all human effort to reverse the negative trend. God is able to handle it and make you smile again.www.cbcalimoso.org
